1. Cognition: By the end of this lesson, students will be able to revise the language they have learnt from Units (1-2-3) which include : Pronunciation + Vocabualry + Grammar
2. Skills:
- Main skills: Practising pronunciation, using the words, using the preposition of place, and using the present simple and the present continuous tense.
- Sub-skills: groupwork and independent working, pair work, linguistic competence, cooperative learning competence.
3. Attitude: Students will be more aware of the love for their school and friends that they know.
II. LANGUAGE FOCUS
1. Vocabulary : collocation of verbs lay , do , have , study and pronunciation /b/ & / p//ɑ:/ and /ʌ/; /s/ and /z/
2. Key grammatical structures: the present continuous tense, prepositions of place
- Choose the word whose underlined part is pronounced differently.
- Write the names of school things and furniture in the house which begin with /b/ and /p/.
- Complete the words.
- Solve the crossword puzzle.
- Multiple choice questions
- Complete the sentences
